Way too many outs. Safeway and walmart don't have this many out of stocks. Just added photos from my visit today. For scanners in a row that don't work. No shopping carts available...I went back to the lot to get one. Did my shopping... carts still out. But in the lot there are many. This store does not care if you shop there. No carts. No way to do a price check to see if the item is on sale. Lot littered with the missing carts. Another update - added new picture of the empty cart area. This store can't even get the basics right like a cart for a customer. Update 102923... carts always out, self checkout all down, 1 cashier... no one cares.
Absolutely terrible and unfriendly customer service at return desk and a old man who seems like the manager. I asked for price match because their website says so if the items become cheaper after purchase before Christmas. The first staff lied to me in a rude way and told me i had to basically returned the items first who is impossible and isn't true according to their policy. The manager however agreed to process the price difference but was very rude and unfriendly.
Really bad experience.
We bought $200 dollar Apple gift card from this target and it turned out $100 of them was tapered. We talked to the store manager who was really unhelpful and told us this happened all the time and there’s nothing they can do in store. We then spent hours talking with different target department on the phone, and eventually reached some gift card specialist who promised to help us get refunded and collected all the information. We waited a few days and received an email from target saying that the refund was rejected because they cannot verify if the gift card had been redeemed or not. We decided to not pursue a refund given all the hassle we had. Lesson learned never buy any physical gift cards from Target.
I just made a quick stop for grocery essentials, so I can't speak to the store culture. In-stocks we're good; I found what I came in for. Self-serv registers were down, and customer/ employee engagement was not good. Does the saying, "One bad apple," ring a bell. However, the location is convenient, and the parking was abundant.
Absolutely terrible service. A spoiled watermelon that we brought home. Daughter was upset. I got dirty in some smelly liquid when I took dumplings. It was vinegar, my hands burned. Salad was bad. Two hours in the shop, you brought everything home and an absolute disappointment.
Lady at the return register was the sweetest. She reminded me of my grandma, just so caring and sweet with her glasses and salt and pepper hair. She made my return so easy to do and handled with such kindness.
The store is usually pretty clean and organized plenty of inventory, much more relaxing and calming shopping experience than the chaos of Walmart. One thing I’m not too happy about is the change in policy about target gift card being used to purchase gift cards you can no longer use a target gift card to buy other gift card and that’s very disappointing. I buy thousands of dollars of gift cards from target each month for my employees And they like the target cards because they can buy other gift cards that they prefer now you can no longer do that so instead I have to buy Safeway gift cards so my employees can go to the Safeway gift card rack and buy other gift cards if they choose not to use it at the actual store. Target corporate you need to reevaluate this policy. I’m sure you don’t make any money when we buy gift cards but that gets me in the store and I usually buy a ton of other things while I’m there.
Called around 3pm on a Sunday; no one's picking up the phone. Not in a specific department, not at their general line, etc.
Doesn't give me a lot of faith about the customer service at this store.

Bumped to 3 stars because when I went in to the store, Mitchell was helpful and friendly.
